REPEAT-ORDER SOLAR AND STORAGE PROJECT | ITALY
An Italian homeowner expanded an initial flexible-panel solar kit through repeat orders, a friend referral and a second-home storage project.
Project highlights: delivered panels, completed installation and testing, and a later referral request for a friend.
LOCATION | REPEAT ORDERS | PROJECT MILESTONES | RELATIONSHIP GROWTH |
An Italian homeowner began with a lightweight balcony solar kit and later expanded to two storage-ready configurations through three separate orders. The project developed from initial product consultation and delivery to successful installation, positive feedback, a friend referral and a repeat system for a second home.
Questions and Matching | First Order | Delivery and Testing | Friend Referral | Second-Home Repeat |
The early conversation focused on real household use cases, suitable power levels, price and shipping. The customer asked whether the system could run an 1800 W resistive load, then 4000 W, then a 1500 W hair dryer or water heater, and what shipping to Italy would cost including customs.
Rather than beginning with storage, the customer selected a simpler entry configuration: four 240 W flexible solar panels and one 800 W microinverter. This gave a lower-complexity way to start using the equipment before considering a larger storage-ready system.
Early project consultation covering practical use cases, product selection, pricing and delivery before the first order.
Following the first order, the customer shared photographs of the delivered packages and flexible panels, and asked about the inverter and cable that shipped separately. A later update showed the completed installation and confirmed that the equipment had arrived and been tested successfully.

"Everything works very well." In a later conversation, the customer referred back to the earlier system, confirmed that it was working very well and asked about adding storage. The customer then requested a quotation for a friend: "Per questo preventivo ok lo prenderò per un mio amico." |
Customer feedback confirming successful operation, interest in storage expansion and a quotation request for a friend.
The relationship continued beyond the friend referral. The customer later requested the same type of 800 W solar-storage system with four panels for a second home and asked for a final price. The customer also confirmed a positive experience with the earlier installation.
"I was very satisfied with your product." The customer wrote: "Mi faccia un ultimo prezzo lo devo installare nella seconda casa," followed by "Sono rimasto molto contento del vostro prodotto." The second-home project demonstrates how a successful initial installation supported a larger repeat purchase. |
Customer request for a similar storage system for a second home, together with positive feedback on the earlier installation.
Order | Customer relationship stage | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
Order 1 | Initial solar purchase after product and use-case discussions | 4 × 240 W flexible panels + 1 × 800 W microinverter |
Order 2 | First storage-ready follow-up configuration | 4 × 240 W flexible panels + 1 × 800 W microinverter + 1 × LS-H1600 Hub + 2 × LS-L1024 batteries |
Order 3 | Configuration repeated for another residential project | Same configuration as Order 2 |
Across the three separate orders: 12 flexible panels, 3 microinverters, 2 Smart Solar Hubs and 4 modular batteries. These totals cover multiple residential installations, not one combined system. |
The solution was matched to the customer requirements and expanded over time.
The customer documented package receipt, installation and successful testing.
Positive operating experience led to storage interest and a quotation request for a friend.
The later second-home project provided a clear application for the repeated configuration.
The progression from initial order to referral and second-home repeat purchase reflects long-term customer confidence.
Customer clarification that eight panels covered four units in the first order and four in the second order.
