We hold stock in UK and German warehouses, support dropshipping from a single unit, and — the part that usually takes a new importer six months — the CE, UKCA, RoHS and GPSR compliance work is already completed and documented per model, including an appointed EU Authorised Representative. Price tiers and territory protection are available for partners with an existing customer base. You sell; we handle stock, documentation and fulfilment. |

Most suppliers offering "European distribution" mean a container from Shenzhen and a folder of test reports you have to interpret yourself. That model puts the compliance risk, the cash-flow risk and the six-week lead time on you.
This is a different offer. The stock is already in Europe. The conformity documentation is already issued. What is missing is local partners who know their market — installers, e-commerce operators, energy retailers and wholesalers who already have customers asking for balcony solar and home storage.
Since 13 December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 has required consumer products sold into the EU to have an economic operator established in the Union — and that operator's contact details must appear on the product, its packaging or the accompanying documentation, and be visible in online listings. Without one, products get held at customs and listings get removed from marketplaces.
LIONSHEE has an EU Authorised Representative appointed. For a distributor, that single fact removes the most common reason small importers get stuck.

We will send you the certificates and reports for the exact models you intend to stock, before you order — and we do not describe a product as approved under any scheme unless the assessment for that model supports it. On the UK plug-in solar route that opened on 27 August 2026, the same rule applies: the 800 W class matches the ceiling set in SI 2026/848, but conformity against the Plug-in Solar Device Interim Product Specification v2 is assessed per model and must be confirmed in writing. Stock sits in the UK and in our overseas warehouse in Essen, Germany. That changes three things for a distributor: no import clearance on your side, no six-week sea freight in your planning, and no minimum container to tie up cash. It also means returns and exchanges are handled locally rather than shipped back to Asia.

Stock held in the UK warehouse is typically dispatched within 3–7 working days of order confirmation. If stock is short for a particular model or quantity, we tell you before the order is confirmed rather than letting a delivery date slip quietly. German warehouse stock serves EU customers on the same principle.
Customer installation, Germany.
We ship single units direct to your customer. That lets you list and sell before you commit to holding stock, and it lets you test which configurations move in your market before you buy depth.
The practical arrangements — packaging, paperwork and how the parcel presents to the end customer — are set up per partner rather than forced into one template. Tell us how you want it handled and we will confirm what is possible before you start listing.
Two things are available to partners with a real customer base, and both are discussed case by case rather than published on a web page:
Price tiers. Pricing improves with committed volume. We would rather agree a tier that matches what you can genuinely move than quote a headline number that neither side can hold to.
Territory protection. Single-market protection can be agreed where a partner is investing in local marketing, stock or installer training. It is a commitment on both sides, not a badge.
NO MINIMUM FIRST ORDER We are not setting a minimum first order. Start with dropshipping, prove the demand in your market, then talk to us about local stock and tier pricing once there is volume to price against. A partner who sells forty units they understand is worth more than one who takes a container they cannot move. |
We are not starting from zero in Europe. The products in this range are already installed and running in European homes — which means the questions your customers will ask have already been answered somewhere.
Customer installation, Italian apartment balcony. A four-module stack, a wall-mounted unit and a single cable run. This is a storage configuration; in the UK a system like this is installed conventionally to BS 7671, not through the new plug-in route.
Customer installation, Poland.

We are open across Europe. What matters more than the country is whether you already have somewhere to sell.
An existing customer base or sales channel. Installers, electrical wholesalers, e-commerce operators, energy retailers, solar retrofit companies. If you are starting from nothing, this is probably not the right fit yet.
Someone who can handle a technical conversation. Balcony storage buyers ask about appliance loads, DNO notification and installation routes. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be able to route the question.
Local market knowledge. Grid rules, installation conventions and buyer expectations differ by country. That is exactly the part we cannot do from Shenzhen, and exactly why we want partners rather than more warehouses.
A realistic view of volume. Tell us what you can actually move in the first six months. An honest small number is worth more to us than an optimistic large one.

Do I need to hold stock to start?
No. Start with dropshipping from our UK or German warehouse — single units, shipped direct to your customer. Local stock and tier pricing become worth discussing once you have volume to price against.
Will you send me the certificates before I order?
Yes, for the exact models you intend to stock. Conformity is assessed model by model, so we send the certificates and reports that actually exist for those models rather than a general company statement.
Do you offer exclusivity for my country?
Territory protection can be agreed where a partner is investing in local marketing, stock or installer training. It is discussed case by case and involves commitments on both sides.
Which European markets are you open to?
All of them. We hold stock in the UK and Germany, and ship across Europe from there. The market matters less to us than whether you already have a channel to sell through.
